SHIPPING INFORMATION

WHO ARE THE DELIVERY SERVICE PROVIDERS THAT LITTLELUSSO ENGAGES?

For domestic delivery within Australia, your items will be shipped to your waiting hand via Australia Post (AusPost)/Express Courier International or Sendle. For shipping to New Zealand, it will be shipped via Australia Post.

WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMEFRAME?

LittleLusso will always dispatch an order within one working day once payment is received. We will always select the courier service that will reach you quickest and provide you with the estimated delivery date in our communication with you.

As a general rule of thumb, a regular parcel post will take 2 to 6 working days in Australia (depending on your location) and 3 to 10 business days to New Zealand (depending on your exact location). Please allow a little bit extra if you are living slightly off the city areas or areas not within the service providers’ standard delivery network.

WHAT ARE THE POSTAGE OR SHIPPING CHARGES?

LittleLusso offers FREE standard parcel post within Australia with a minimum purchase of A$60. Plus, we are not charging sales tax on your purchase at the moment! (Products that can only be personally hand-delivered within Sydney city will not be charged any transportation fee, it's on us!).

Please note

  • There may sometimes be delayed deliveries to WA and rural areas of QLD, but please be assured that this should not happen often.
  • Mailing to Australian external territories is subject to customs regulations for parcels as indicated by AusPost.
  • Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an email correspondence from us when we dispatch your order. Estimated delivery times are to be used as guide only.
  • LittleLusso should not be held responsible for possible delays caused by payment authorisation or any loss or damage in goods occurring in transit.
  • For goods to be delivered to international locations (i.e., outside Australia), please ensure that you are clear on the custom clearance guidelines in your area to avoid additional charges.

In the meantime, some general rules on leather care and protection.

1. Cleaning

Regular leather cleaning prevents the build-up of dust, dirt, mildew and bacteria. Use your clean fingertip to gently rub out the scratch as the natural oils from your skin will remove most small scratches. To remove dirt, grime or surface residue, use a soft damp cloth. Gently rub for removal. For a deeper clean, use a cleaner to help preserve the natural lubricating oils instead of stripping them. Cleaning is an irreversible process and therefore, thorough consideration should be made before any such attempt. Do not use coloured rags that are not dye-colourfast as the dye may come off onto your leather.

2. Maintaining

Leather, like our skins, loses suppleness in time if it is not provided with regular nourishment. Use a wax-free leather conditioner that will work on nourishing and restoring the flexibility and suppleness of your leather article. To waterproof your leather, protect it with a layer of "guard" while maintaining the leather's breathability.

3. Storage

Leather is a natural material and should be stored in a breathable, non-plastic or non-porous container, to prevent the growth of mildew and bacteria. If you have to store it in a garment bag, make sure to keep it open for ventilation.

Avoid at all cost:
